Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No referral is required. You can book directly by calling, emailing, or messaging us on WhatsApp. If you have previous reports from a neurologist, ophthalmologist, or occupational therapist, please bring them – they are helpful, but not a prerequisite for your first appointment.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We typically offer same-week appointments at both our Chennai and Hyderabad clinics. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will confirm availability within one working day. Telehealth appointments are usually available sooner than in-clinic slots.
Can I book a telehealth appointment if I am not in Chennai or Hyderabad?
Yes. We offer structured telehealth consultations for patients across India – including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Noida, Pune, Kolkata, and Pondicherry – and internationally in 20+ countries. Select "Virtual Consultation" when booking and our team will share session details via WhatsApp.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring any current glasses or contact lenses, recent eye test prescriptions, school reports, or previous medical reports related to vision, neurology, or learning assessments. For children, bring a brief written summary of any concerns from teachers or therapists if available. None of these are mandatory – your clinician will work with whatever you have.
How long does the first appointment take?
A comprehensive functional vision evaluation typically takes 60–90 minutes. This includes detailed binocular vision testing, eye movement assessment, accommodative evaluation, and a discussion of findings and next steps. Please allow up to two hours for your first visit to avoid feeling rushed.
